It was fine after a little but now it crashes when I go on duty... Also, just so I dont always have to post here haha, where do I look in the log to see if I am missing something?

If you are missing something you will usually get a System File Not Found exception.

In regards to your crashes, they are coming from BetterEMS.

Try reinstalling it.

So I reinstalled it, tried again, it crashed, so I took it out. So far so good, was able to get on patrol. Will update later

NVM, it worked, I pulled up the settings menu and it worked for whatever reason

ok yeah no it isnt working.... Weird.... 

You have ENB. This interefers with how RAGE hooks so do this:

1. Launch GTAV without RAGE and go into story mode.

2. Once you see your character, ALT + TAB out and open RAGE.

3. Let it hook.
