So, I installed all of these successfully:

I tried installing this to be the city police uniform:

...And this as the county uniform:

But had problems getting the extra uniforms to:

A) Show up in the preset outfits menu;

B) Correctly render (they have different coloured patches all over them) and;

C) Be worn by all police officers (AI, backup, etc.)

Please let me know if you can help, or recommend a different tutorial, because I think the one I used is a bit outdated.
