So I was running police smart radio, vocal dispatch, immersive dispatch, and grammar police. Everything was working, I was able to talk to dispatch and could hear when a callout came AKA dispatch said "Man with a knife". But randomly it all stopped working. I have uninstalled gta V and lspdfr twice now and nothing has worked. There is no sound when i press my right alt key to speak. 

First, why do you have grammar police and vocal dispatch installed... you should not install both as they will conflict with each other.

 

Second, make sure your microphone is enabled and setup properly.

I was dumb and only have grammar police now. My mic is set up. My main issue is the whole not hearing dispatch

I suggest you to take a look at the "Grammar Police" comment section under the download page. There's a pined comment that is directly addressing your issue.

 

I had similar issues before, I asked the author about it and we were able to get it fixed. But I can't remember what it was...
