The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

so,mybe anybody can help me out,i surch for a pack i dont know how the name is but i know that ingame will random traffic thing. in the left corner will a message come up"officer sighting" like in Hero of The Day | GTA 5 LSPDFR #427 from Jeff Favignano 00:50

    That is from one of this callout packs he's using.  In that video (427), in the description, he lists the callouts he's using.

    Assorted Callouts is so outdated I don't think it's that.  Don't use that one. 

    Callout manager is just a menu I think.

    So it must be one of the others.  Sorry, don't know which one.
