Hi!

I was wondering if there is any way to get the "exclusive" characters from GTA Online to be the heritage. I am talking about characters such as Niko Bellic, Claude, Misty, John Marston and... Well, I don't think there was too many others? I just want to copy my GTAO character from PS4 and his parents are Misty & Claude. If there is no way to get them, it's fine too.

Not entirely sure what you mean but you should be able to achieve this with the EUP mod, get the EUP menu and Create a character there. I think this is the same character creator system than LSPDFR has by default though. Hope this helps.

Yup, that's the one I'm talking about (highlighted). I was just wondering about the fact but... Well, you can't have everything, can you? :(
