The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I have been watching a ton of YouTube videos on all the amazing models and plugins you can add to LSPDFR and have just been getting overwhelmed with it all. I was wondering if anyone has an suggestions on what plugins and scripts I should add right at the beginning to get the most out of my game.

    Start with things in this thread up til EUP. So install LSPDFR, your script hooks and all of Beljojos plugins (all) and go from there. 🙂

    Be sure to start your game up and load in, go on duty and make sure it's work fine each time you add a new plugin/mod and make sure it's not crashing your game and working fine. Take your time with it and it will be easy!
