Unable to add multiple liveries to some vehicles

I have been attempting for the past few hours to add liveries to polpatriot using Yard1's model but for some reason it won't hold multiple liveries. Police1 & 2 will hold the maximum default 4 liveries just fine but the polpatriot won't

attached below is the flags used for the polpatriot, it has the required +liveries tag with no change

ext_requi+ext_strong+truckfirefx+livery

at this point I have run out of solutions and any ideas would help.
