So as the title says I need some help with a game backup, My problem is that even though the game version is compatible with rage hook and all my mods worked fine yesterday now when I launch the game after the hook has been made and the game should load it just closes. I have checked on Rockstar game launcher and it says that the game is running for a split second and then it returns to saying "Play".

No I literally get nothing it just stops.

GTAV updated so Ragehook and LSPDFR mod have to update to account for it. Should be fixed in the next week or so hopefully 🙂

Unless you're talking about loading up a previous version of GTAV regardless of the new update in order to play LSPDFR then I'm not sure if you can do that. I am currently in the testing of getting it to work via a mod that skips the launcher (or is supposed to) enabling playing LSPDFR on the previous version of GTAV which i still have backed up.
