What plugins/mods do you have installed? It also seems that when the game crashed (unhandled exception at the end of the log) it spawned an ambient cop, so if you don't have out of date or troublesome mods then it might be smart for us to turn off the ambient events/spawns in the lspdfr.ini file.

 

We'll get to that after you let us know what mods you're using, I believe stop the ped is one of them.
