I have been playing GTA 5 for a few months now its very good. Anyways I was changing out my LSPDFR files with my clean game files so I can play online for a bit. Until I drag and dropped them in the wrong one. Anyways thats my fault my question is can I play on it with the epic games GTA 5 because it was working for some time until it just stopped. It would say GTA 5 is not installed (on epic games) so I downlaoded it again as always. But there it goes again now that problem ONLY occurs when I put my LSPDFR folders in my GTA 5. So now I am thinking I cant play LSPDFR with Epic games GTA 5. Is that true? Because it was working for a few months (few months because I am new to LSPDFR) 


Let me make this more clear. I had a GTA 5 back up like everyone. When I wanna play LSPDFR I have another GTA 5 backup WITH LSPDFR so I would drag the current files in my GTA 5 directory into my Backup area to store them (all of them) and I would take my other GTA 5 backup with LSPDFR and drag it all in to my GTA 5 directory and it worked for the few months but now it says game not installed when I do that and Launch the game. I emailed Epic games they said it was because of LSPDFR. What is the solution? Also I am gonna put LSPDFR in my main directory again now lets hope it doesn't get that error 

LSPDFR is compatible with GTAV Epic Games.

I'd retry.

Did you try this method of opening your game?

The game cannot open that way as it isn't being detected as installed.

Yeah, I tried now it works fine but give it a few days it wont work for some reason I might need to stop messing with the ELS cars I keep switching them out due to me and how bored I get from something I am 24/7 downloading cars and swapping them with hold ones. Im downloading some as we speak

When you add a new ELS vehicle or any vehicle for that matter, I suggest you delete the old files you put in for example "police.ytd, police.ytf" etc and then place youre new files into patchday11 or where ever you're putting replacements in. That is, if you're not doing it already ofcourse 🙂

Replace vehicles should be going in Patchday 24 🙂

Yeah, am doing that but sometimes when I have to reinstall lspdfr for some reason the ELS lights don't work (I put them in patch day 24 like always) then they suddenly start working I don't know though it works now but I need to make the lights way brighter I cant see them (hardly)

Yes, I do delete the old ELS files to add in the new one to avoid overlapping and etc

Interesting. Seems like you know exactly what you're doing. Could be Epic games related possibly messing with stuff. Not entirely sure.

Not sure. But they do work suddenly I just don't know why they don't work the first time I install
