So I know that the police slots are through mainly the Los Santos area and the sheriff units throughout Los Santos and the surrounding areas. I noticed that the vehicles in the fbi slots will patrol the airport. Can someone try and help me identify where the vehicles will patrol according to their slots? 
 

Here’s what I have so far:

police: Los Santos

police2: Los Santos

police3: Los Santos 

police4: Los Santos

sheriff: Los Santos/throughout various locations in SA

sheriff2: Los Santos/throughout various locations in SA

fbi: airport 

fbi2: airport

pranger: ?

 

Am I correct in these assumptions? Can you add to this?

Pranger aka PARK RANGER patrolling in Paleto Forest and Highway nearby 

not often but you can spot them there especially in Paleto forest area 

they're patrolling on the forest roads and so on 

but if you'll request backup they'll appear as a state patrol near forest area and on some highways near the forest and SOME parks

By default there is:

Police = Main LS city police

Police2 = Main LS city police

Police3 = Main LS city police

Police4 = Undercover police car.  Unmarked.  Usually in the city area but you don't see them too much on patrol.  Kinda a Special Unit. 

Sheriff = Main Blaine County Sheriff.  There is a "city/county line limit" in the game that will switch to either City Police or County Sheriff depending on which side of the line you are on.  I'm talking main GTAV.  You can make/download/install jurisdictions so certain depts. will show up in certain areas in LSPDFR. 

Sheriff2 = Also, Blaine County assigned but don't see them too much on normal patrols.  I see it as a "Special Unit".  They seem to appear when they chase you in a 4 star warrant.  You know, where 2 of the Sheriff or Police hang off edge of the vehicle and shot at you.  That's the vehicle . 

PoliceB = Police motorcycle.  Usually found on the highways/freeways shooting radar.  Usually don't see them patrol unless they are chasing you or someone else. 

PoliceT = Police Transport.  Only see them when you call for suspect transport.  It's like a police van with windows. 

Polmav = Police Helicopter.  Shows up on a 3+ star when chasing you.

Riot = Shows up on a 5 star when chasing you .  Not seen in patrolling. 

Policeold1 = Seen only in North Yankton. 

Policeold2 = Seen only in North Yankton.

Predator =  Police Patrol Boat.  Seen patrolling around the waters of Fort Zancudo and the LS Airport.  Maybe other areas I can't remember.

Fbi = Never seen them in the Airport like you said.  Usually it is the city police, the Police slot, which is the Crown Vic looking car that is in the LS Airport (LSX).  Don't see this vehicle patrol too much but occasionally in the city. I see it as a "Special Vehicle" unit.

Fbi2 = Never seen them in the Airport like you said.  I see it as a "Special Unit".  Can't quite remember but this unit might came after you in a 5 star in the city. Like the Sheriff2, will come after you in a 4 star only in Blaine County.

PRanger = Park Ranger.  Like Sosezi mentioned.  Drive around in the Mountain, off road, where the creek is and you will see one drive around there.  The Ranger will get out and look through binoculars in certain areas.  That's cool to see I think.

This is an awesome response man! Thank you! I guess I just assumed that the unmarked units that I’ve seen at the airport were fbi but I totally spaced that there is an unmarked city unit/slot as well. Would this be the same unit that patrols the port of Los Santos as well? And where is this install of jurisdictions? I could really make use of that.

Yeah, this is the FBI or as the game calls it FIB, I assume for legal reasons vehicle.

Not sure what patrols the Port of LS.  Before you go on duty, you might go to the Port, bring up you phone, go to contacts, Call Emergency and Ask for Police.  See what shows up.  Whatever shows up is most likely the unit that patrols there.  I think it is LSPD (City PD) that responds if you don't have any addon vehicles assigned to the Port. 

 

As far as Jurisdictions, I use Jurdictions+.  Here is the link.

I definitely want the link to that video my man. Thank so much for the elaborate explanation. I will be sure to test out the port idea before going on duty for sure. And I’m going to try out this Jurisdiction+ as well.

if you're using customized agency.xml" you can make your own world of patrolling units like I did with my 70's pack by Lozano 🙂 

North Yankton and LSSD got Transport units and SAHP got Patrol units with usual Highway patrol cars 

motor unit is only bike cops 

works flawlessly and you can customize it yourself if you can

I'm planning to release it here if admins will approve it
