Hey, I hope today finds you well! I do hope I am slapping this in the CORRECT topic! However, I am an Intermediate Modder (so to speak) and can not figure this one out to save me.

I've been having this problem with S&R 1.4 where the EMS would roll up and they'd have a parachute, no torso, or a completely unrelated medical top half the time. The png below examples this particular issue.

To state what EUP related items I've downloaded (Updated EUPFR and TPD just now as I posted this);

    Try to install the Serve and Rescue manually with OpenIV.  

     

    And remove your other EUP uniforms as they might be conflicting with the basic configuration. 

     

    By the way, this is more like a EUP clothing/texture issue.
