When I'm Attempting To Talk To A Ped No Text Shows For There Answers Up Except For Like The First 2 Questions I Ask And Then Nothing Shows Up Till I Restart The Game.

 

Whenever I Ask Them Questions I Can Still Hear The Audible Ping That Can Be Heard When They Answer You.

 

This Has Been Happening For Quite A While And Is Really Quite Annoying And Affecting My Entire Play Experience, If You Know Any Fixes Please Let Me Know Any Help Is Appreciated.
