Are you dragging and dropping the whole file?

You should just copy and paste the section you are changing to avoid issues.

All that it tells me is that the issue is coming from your mods folder.

Sadly, there is no way of knowing which exact file is causing it or why.

Try removing MoreRadioChatter.

Regarding the meta files, you can get a fresh copy from the game files (not mods folder)
