List of realistic call out ideas for the devs

Someone calls 911 on a homeless woman. She’s actually pregnant she says, and too afraid to ask for help. You take her through the drive through and buy her food. Then drop her off at a old friends house.

Concealed weapon permit holder shot and killed armed robber. Witness’s says the carry holder is justified. Make the player call ems, clear the scene, etc.

Drunks fighting at gas station. Two drunks are fighting at a gas station. Maybe have the witness’s report one being innocent, the other the instigator. Deal with them accordingly.

Unlawful protest outside of medical marijuana clinic. People are protesting medical pot at the beach dispensary. Perhaps show up and make them leave, or arrest them if they get violent. Maybe change the protest to a different location, like a corporation, and they’re protesting fracking, or some other cause etc.

Someone calls 911 and says the person got out of their car and passed out. Heroin needles are seen inside their car. You arrive on scene and see it’s a over dose. Perhaps when they come back they get violent and decide to fight you. Etc.

A couple at a hotel/house calls because they were using handcuffs in the bedroom and one of them got stuck in handcuffs and can’t find the key, you have to respond and release them.

Suicidal guy calls 911. Wants mental health help, says he wants to kill himself. Transport him to local hospital.

Person drowned in swimming pool, was pulled to safety and then the person who helped, called 911. you’re the closest unit, respond and render first aid.

Mental health patient escapes hospital, track them down and bring them back to the hospital.

Intoxicated male playing with his nipples in city park. Arrest him for public intoxication/indecency. /deal with him accordingly.

A Karen calls 911 over a guy with a gun. (maybe at first it seems code 3/important. Guess she saw it through his clothing (printing) but you get there and turns out the guy has a CCW permit and is lawfully allowed to carry. Have to explain to karen he can do that. Maybe run his ccw to see if its valid.

Arrest the psycho ex. Woman/man has a restraining order against their ex. Ex lover violated the restraining order and shows up at their home. Deal with the situation accordingly.

Meth addict calls the police and says there’s people in her backyard. (home invasion call maybe) She swears she hears them, and saw them. Seems super paranoid. Player has to investigate and finds out its nothing. Maybe search the home inside if scripting allows for that. Perhaps get her medical treatment/mental health stay order.

Reports of screams inside sewer tunnel. You show up to investigate to discover some man kidnapped one or more woman. Turns out suspect is a wanted person with a violent past.

People smoking pot in a alleyway. Deal with the situation accordingly.

Food place says customer slipped them a note saying they’ve been held against their will and the suspect has a gun. Locate their kidnapper and deal with the situation how you see fit.

Keep the peace call out – Ex lover is moving out of a house, maybe use a big moving truck. Ex is making their life hell and not allowing them to get their stuff. Maybe just make it where once you show up and talk to the hostile ex, after a minute or so the ex in the moving truck drives off. Not sure how this would work script wise, but food for thought.

College kids hotboxing their car near the college campus.

Woman calls 911 and confesses she murdered her husband. Arrive on scene and the husband’s dead, wife is chilling their calm. Guns on the floor. Deal with situation accordingly.

Person attacked by stray dog. Maybe a pool of blood near the NPC, dog is gone. Perhaps just call EMS for them.

Woman found unconscious on the side of the road, witness’s say a van drove off. Victim claims she was raped and tortured after you render aid. Secure the scene and call EMS for her.

Noise complaint – Someone is having a party, you can hear the loud music, and see the crowd. Have to show up and ask them to turn down their music.

Suspicious vehicle. – Home owner calls cause a suspicious car is parked outside their house. Person is smoking pot, or waiting for a customer to buy drugs from them. Etc. basically just acting suspicious. Tell them they can’t hang around the area/ deal with it accordingly.

Reports of a DWI- locate the car and initiate a traffic stop. Maybe they’re already pulled into a gas station. You pull the car over and the person has loads of nitrous oxide bottles on the floor. Was doing whip-its while driving. Deal with the situation accordingly.

Harassment via phone calls - someone calls and says they’re being harassed by phone call. Sounds distressed, mental break down. dispatch says to check it out. Show up and have to explain to them phone harassment have to be solved via the courts and it’s a civil matter. They assure you they’re ok but stressed out. Ex is threatening to kill them. You tell them they can file a restraining order in court, etc.

Homeless person sleeping on someone’s porch/front lawn. Have to tell them they have to leave, or get arrested. Maybe they have warrants, are intoxicated, etc.

Person on bike struck by car. Have to render first aid, ems, or call coroner if they’re dead.

Domestic Violence call out – One of the two people involved have victim marks. Scratches, cut, bruises, swelling, the other does not. (will be notified some how to let the player know) arrest the abuser. Possibly offer EMS to the victim.

Person eating food at local food place passed out and was choking. You’re the closest help to them, and need to respond and render aid.

Employee got fired at local job and refuses to leave the area. Maybe have them end up being hostile and trying to fight you, knife attack, etc. Or you arrest them without much struggle, multiple scenario’s, etc.

Officer In distress – they call and say they need back up, he has a knife. You arrive on scene and the officers already stabbed and on the floor. You have to take control now.
