The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Made this inventory and I thought I had done it right but it does not show up at all as an option.
I've got CompuLite, StopThePed, UltimateBackUp, SpeedRadarLite, ALPRLite, and the EUP as plugins.

And yes I have already gone into the ini for StopThePed and set it like this
