The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

every few seconds i get micro stutters. its happening when the game tries to spawn ambient cops, specifically state police. I am using LSPDFR eup configs. Ive gone through the agency_eup xml but am not finding the issue.
