The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I think it might be something with "MoreRadioChatter", it is a bit outdated and a few things came up in the RPH log. I could be wrong though.

I could also send an alternative to it as I use a mod somewhat like that that I enjoy if you'd like.
