gtaiv.exe not supported???

[CrossFire 689]

Ok I installed a car pack (NYC mega car pack ) and when i start gta iv i get the social club thing i press play and it says "the version of gtaiv.exe is not supported" and it wont start UPDATE: now it will not even say the above

admins i did not post this in the support forum because it would not let me
