I have had this issue since the Cato perico update, I did a fresh install and it worked I will send someone my main game directory and dlclist for mods if it helps as well. Any help would be much appreciated

    If you renamed your mods folder it would have disabled it.

    It's not yet put I took it out of grand theft auto v folder and when I put it back in grand theft auto v folder it didn't launch
