The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

      Of course!   The System.AccessViolationException is an error that you typically get at around update time. While it isn't limited to updates, when an update is released it usually is. T

    it is crashing faster than usual now. I ran it with rph to see if the crash log might give us a lead, but I can't seem to spot anything.

    It instantly crashes with an error message saying its unauthorized and I need to reinstall the game.

    Your game does seem to have an issue.

    I'm afriad I can only advise you reinstall it - making sure to backup key files like the mods folder

    You have something in your directory which is causing issues. I suggest reverting it back to a completly vanilla directory
