Right now im using the police enb new version, im running it on low settings, when im recording im lagging a bit, is there anyway to fix this, and run it on medium-high settings? Heres my SPEC's, if so what would i need to upgrade?

Your PC specifications seem fine. If you haven't already , trying opening your Windows task manager and exit some of the programs running in the background prior to starting your game. It's a process I do everytime to ensure the smoothest gameplay.

does it run smoothly when you're not recording? if so it could be the recording program you use
