When I start the game via rage plugin hook, my game crashes every specific time.  My game crashes at "Loading and Populating Game World". I ran this game without plugins and it was still same. Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the issue persists

Hi I could load the game but I lost in game custom cars and eup etc.

Renaming your mods folder disables it.

This means you have an issue with your mods folder. Revert all previous changes and see if it makes a difference

Can replacing car skins causes problem like this? Because that's only thing what I did.

Yes they can if they have been installed incorrectly. I would recommend reverting your additions and reinstalling.

ANYTHING you install in your mods folder has the potential to go wrong. Like @jbirnie said you'll need to revert your previous changes

just use vanilla EUP 

🙂 what's bad with this ? my own small opinion but i just like them as they are in vanilla EUP

and los santos it's just name it's Los Angeles so uniforms are exactly same but "SANTOS" instead of Angeles on their police patches and badges

sure>> if that wasn't adressed to me sorry but i already reinstalled my gta again and found that something is screwed up in mods folder 

 

will report if there is something but hope it will never happen anymore

I found that I had problem with a car addon car packs. After I removed packs it worked super fine. Thanks for help y'all
