The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When i start Rage Plugin Hook, everything is ok but when it opens GTA 5 it says to me this (slow system or insufficient permissions).

Can someone tell me whats the problem?

    Insufficient permissions  Normally is a key to maybe having a Antivirus protection software. I recommend you disable it for rage plugin hook. I can assure you rage is not a virus.
