I can run lspdfr but when I try to use any of these plug-ins, the game is unresponsive. I also receive this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All 3 of those apps have been updated. Since the update isn’t recognized when going on duty, the game auto unloads them and they don’t run. You need to update them and they will work fine. 

I downloaded everything, including GTA V 10 hours ago.

Seems like you are missing RageNativeUI

Thank you. I will do that when I get home and will provide an update. Is there a reason the ragenativeui wasn't installed? I followed the installation instructions of Gaming 4 Life. Also, is there a way to know whenever the UI receives an update or while I need to check the github page occasionally?

You will have to check occasionally, I would say usually after a GTA update and ragehook plugin and scripthook.
