Please i've been trying to fix this issues for a godamn month, i don't know what the fuck is the problem. Yes i renamed the mods folder to _mods and it seems the problem is from the mods folder.     Remove ScriptHookV.dll and dinput8.dll from the Main Directory and try launching again.

    No homie you really helped me by locating the problem which was in the mods folder, i really appreciate it. Tho the problem was i had 2 lines of 1 dlc pack. Now i'm going to play LSPDfR with snow because christmas! image.thumb.png.94b845210f2f8b6b8c05bcd57b7b9de4.png
