Make a fresh mods folder (if you want to back any files up then do so)

Same case for me though, but it did appear and i did update it and it still crashes with the exact same log as ajloca. So I'm pretty confident to say it wont work for him either if he does update it

To confirm the issue is in your mods folder rename it to _mods and see if it loads

still no luck

tried with _mods the game didnt want to launch when i changed it

yes, just tried, verifying game files currently

the game needed a 1gb update, it worked now

Hey could I bother you real quick? recently in the game out of no where the map will have trouble loading in and becoming invisible, even on low graphics settings it does it, there's no strain on my gpu or computer it seems something game wise. 

1. Open up your main GTA V directory and click on the lspdfr folder

2. Open the lspdfr.ini and make sure Main.PreloadAllModels is set to false, once that's done save and close it.
