The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

soI wiped out gta completely and i figured I would get a head start on everything except lspdfr while our awesone lspdr guys are working away. i figured I would reinstall everything except lspdfr since they said not too, had all my cars , and was putting in EUP but i figured i should move all the Dlc's to the mods folder update 64x and now I went to start it and it wants to update the entire game 8 hours left   i just did it yesterday??? I made so much progress . what is the best sequence in reinstalling the game, you dont have to get too detailed im pretty good

    If your mods folder is already updated to v2189 then no.

     

    If it isn't then you will need to update your mods folder which will wipe the update.rpf
