my lcpfr keeps crashing every time i try to reload all plugins, the game does not crash but it will not load lcpdfr

and then the plugin crashes but I don't get kick out of the game,  instead rage plugin hook gets stuck loading LSPDFR. the police stations are an the map when it crashes and I can walk around jump steal car etc. but I cant use the police stations, radio etc.. I also used a character preset but I added a swat vest, and it always seems to crash whenever the vest loads in.

please help I have bean trying to fix this for 2 days.

If you read the banner it is not the same message.
