The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    RAGE/LSPDFR/ScriptHookV need to be updated and we will have to wait for these.

    Typically RAGE/LSPDFR take a few days while ScriptHookV is usually a bit longer
