This is not compatible for LSPDFR 0.4.8 and you need to update your game.

Or you could downgrade LSPDFR but versions older than 0.4.7 aren't publicly available

Just to add on to what Charlie said, you can always buy and download gta 5 on epic games, steam, or rockstar games launcher.

Like I said I cannot provide support but I'd advise that you remove any trainers etc.. and see if the issue persists
