Hello, I recently installed 2 vehicles with LML that I can spawn. 
Now I've installed 4 more and can't load them into the game. 
Everything is ok in LML, vehicles are activated. 
No mistakes to be seen. In the game in the console I get the message "Cannot Load invalid Model with xyz" What did I do wrong?

That issue means the vehicles.meta file for the vehicle is not present. Double check it is being loaded correctly via the logs.

Hello, I installed it with the Mod Loader but the folder and file structure does not match a vehicle that I can spawn. I tried to pull it manually but it didn't seem to work.

Then you might have to manually fix it up if the file is not supported properly out of the box. As I said, your error indicates that the vehicles.meta entry is missing.
