Hi there,

 

PoliceSmartRadio and Arrest Manager are both out of date plugins. I strongly advise you remove them as they can cause crashes and create system instability.

However if you really want them and are happy to take that risk make sure you have installed them in GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR
