None besides lspdfr.

Check to make sure no LSPDFR files are opened in notepad or anything else and run RPH with admin permissions, that may help

It still crashes when I run it with admin permissions. 

I looked around a bit, make sure it isn't being blocked by your firewall or antivirus

Its not being blocked by firewall or antivirus. 

Clear your commandline, it is a text file in the main directory
If that doesn't work reinstall LSPDFR using the manual install version
If that still doesn't work reboot your PC
If you have any in game overlays from AMD, Nvidea or anything else like that disable them if it keeps crashing after that
If all of that fails send another log, make sure its the one from your main directory
