Reinstall RPH from that link I sent earlier, just let it overwrite, don't worry about deleting anything.

I'll try to help

 

Go into the RAGE settings and set it to load no plugins on startup.

Then manually load LSPDFR through the RAGE console once the game loads.

 

If it doesn't work just send a log : D

how would i do the manual load? never have before

Press F4 (Default key) to open the RAGE console and type LoadPlugin and all your options should come up

This seems to be a game issue.

 

Try and get into Story Mode without loading the game through RAGE.

I have been able to do that. The issue is when I try to involve rage. Game works fine on its own.

And you have managed to actually play on story mode with no crashes?

 

Is the GTAV folder an exception to your antivirus + Windows Defender?

Yes. Played the first 3 missions. And I don’t know how to tell. Ragehook asked permission for a bunch of stuff and I accepted it through the firewalls

 

Could you try playing it again?

What are you asking me to try?

Making the GTAV folder an exception to your antivirus. This is if you antivirus is blocking RAGE from the required permissions.
