whenever i use the ragehook to play the mod i keep getting a message saying that ragehook plugin crashed because it froze GtaV

 

I'm getting this error now too, and my game was working fine yesterday, lspdfr and all that. Never changed any mods either.

Is a RagePluginHook log appearing in your main directory? If one is please send it

i dont beleive so. im able to generate a crash report through ragehook but it creates it into a RCR file that i cant attatch

 

If RPH is launching and then causing the game to crash a log would be generated, it would be named "ragepluginhook" or "ragepluginhook.log" and it would appear as a text file in your main directory. Please double check for that

If it isn't actually launching completely then you'll want to check that it isn't being blocked by your antivirus, firewall and that you are launching it with admin permissions. If that doesn't work then reinstalling RPH, rebooting your system or reinstalling RPH then rebooting your system could help. You can download RPH here https://ragepluginhook.net/

i have just recently (not completly) made the switch to pc. i dont really know how to do alot of that. i dont have a gaming pc either. so with that in mind is it possible that its my computer not being able to keep up with the game?

You should be capable of running the game as long as you don't install 500 plugins and run on ultra with NVE, try what I said in my previous post.
Is the game loading with RPH or is it giving an error before launching?

when i ran it the very first time on a brand new never played before GTAV it worked it looked like. but i had to play to two beginning missions. after that i went to start it in the locker room and there was no lit up area. wasnt a jail either. just all the police stations. then i went to try it again and the game will load GTAV but i cant play lspdfr because something keeps crashing with the ragehook. i will try and uninstall though. how do i make sure i deleted all of the files i need to 

I said reinstall, not uninstall. You can just let the files be overwritten and that should work fine. If the game is launching there is no need for that though, there will be a folder named logs in your GTA V directory, send the newest file from there and I should be able to have some sort of idea whats going on with Rage

In your main directory there is a file named commandline.txt, clear it and save it as an empty text file

When you launch RPH there is a gear icon, click that and it will pull up the RPH settings menu

Open it in notepad and erase all the text in it, select save and then close it

it crashed again. where is this log at? it keeps asking me to generate a crash report but i have no idea where it keeps saving
