I just found this thread, I didnt write this so credits to unknownbastion but he said this. 

1. Launch GTA 5 normally. Then when you get to the lights and sirens, tab out and launch RPH with Admin Perms.

2. Launch RPH and when the small window comes up, press the silver cog button. Then navigate to the Game Settings tab. Press the arrow next to Command Line Switches. Then scroll down till you see a bunch of options that say DirectX. Make sure DirectX 12 is selected.

yes sorry it took so long for me to respond I had to go eat a late lunch.

To me it goes up to DirectX 11

Yeah, it does that for everyone else. but set it to 11 and then launch the game. Let me know what happends!

does not work. Listen, could you download anydesk? It is a remote control application between PCs so you can try to fix it . Please

Right now im on chromebook So I cant download that but when I get to my gaming pc ill try.

Do the following:

• Make the GTAV folder an exception to Windows Defender
• Load the game normally until the siren loading screen then ALT + TAB out and open RAGE and let it hook.

Fai quanto segue:

• Rendi la cartella GTAV un'eccezione a Windows Defender
• Carica normalmente il gioco fino alla schermata di caricamento della sirena, poi ALT + TAB e apri RAGE e lascialo agganciare.
