Try to reboot your computer and see if that works.

As soon as the game opens, it closes immediately and always tells me "slow system or insufficient permissions"

Gta 5 opens and closes immediately and then the rage plugin hook tells me the message.

can you send your rph log, im not sure if there is anything in there but if there is something it might be able to help find the fix.

Its in your Gta 5 directory Do you know the button that you press to launch rph, there should be a file called ragepluginhook and its a readme. Let me know if you have any questions.
