Can someone tell me whats causing the crash? 

Its a crash caused by  United Callouts, which is not outdated or broken in any way. If it only happened once its nothing to worry about, occasional crashes are normal with plugins. If you got the same crash multiple times make sure your United Callouts installation is up to date, if it is try without it.
In the future please use the attach file option to upload your entire log, there can be important information in it not included in that small section

In the future, please upload your RagePluginHook.log (text file) found in your GTA main directory.  Be sure to give a detailed description of the problem you're experiencing, any changes you made to your game before the problem started happening, and what you've tried so far to fix the problem.

I have been made aware of a possible issue with the latest update of United Callouts but hopefully it is random!
