Why my lights look like this.

Hello.. today i downloade d ELS + some cars on ELS.. in videos theyr lightbar looks cool (The light flash) but mine ingame looks like this (the lights dont flash).. someone know why?

hi do you have a increased environmental lighting pack installed if not that may be why, if you do however please respond to me so i can help

Hiya, 

This issue is most commonly caused by low graphics settings. Turn the following to high or above:

1. Shader Quality
2. Shadow Quality
3. Post FX

Any more issues let me know : D

Well for the brightness part you seem to be covered
You're saying the lights don't flash? make sure you have Scripthook V installed for that http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

If I'm misunderstanding you and they are just dim you can ignore this

Try installing Radiance V again - it doesn't seem to be making a difference.

Make sure it is in your mods folder!

 

If that still doesn't work attach a screenshot of your settings
