LSPDFR keeps crashing my game.

good afternoon. i have been trying to play lspdfr for 2 days but it always crashed i tried to reinstall everything but it didnt help

 

if someone could help me i have tried that with the lspdfr.ini but i cant find max events for ambient spawn please help.

now it says that lspdfr was terminated it caused game to freeze eaven tho i just instaled new cars and eup
