The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, but what happens now is that I put the ENB in the mods folder but the game does not recognize it and it is as if it did not have it installed, do you know what it could be?

    I investigate a little bit and found the possibly is the version of enb arent compatible with rph
