or alternatively you can move the cursor to the upper/lower right corner, Click Settings, Click the Power button, Click Restart.

Actually i am on Win10 and i dont have reboot option on power button.

Can i ask which do you recommend because there are a lot of options

I actually dont have limitless vehicles

The limit adjuster is just an asi script so there aren't options so I assume you're talking about the gameconfig.
I'd recommend the stock traffic option since it only makes the game work properly with addon dlc packs.

Is there a tutorial how to install that?

Cuz i dont wanna mess up and cause more issues
