The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    I assume your problem is you don't want the lights to be white. If that is correct make sure your PostFX and Shaders settings are set to at least high.

heh about that. I don't have enough storage to make the mods folder so I do it in game and I know I can't go online because of it but if I am being honest I don't really like online.

    If the game doesn't load normally (without RAGE) and it doesn't fix by verifying the game files a fresh install may be your only option.

     

    Do you have any conflicting scripts/plugins?
