The State Troopers appear to have a Code 3 21TR
Anchorage PD looks to have a Whelen Liberty I

It looks like a Whelen Liberty I but I could be the II.

The Alaska State Trooper vehicle definitely has a CODE 3 Lightbar. I'm guessing it's from the 21 Series so the 21TR is fairly accurate.

The white lights are at the center for the Lib II.

The takedowns on a Liberty I can be placed anywhere, same goes for the Liberty II, This attached image shows a Liberty II is from Whelens website page for the Liberty II. But for threadstarter, His Anchorage PD is a Liberty I, you can tell by the endcap lens, the Liberty II doesnt have that type of endcap lens.
