Ive downloaded and followed everything in the setup and tutorial video.....only thing is when i run the rage plug n hook it eventually says insufficient permissions and or bad anti virus. any advice to get it fixed would be greatly appreciated.

Is this for GTAV? 

If that is the case make sure that your GTAV folder is an exception to your antivirus!

Yes it is how do i go about doing so?

If you have Windows Defender you can either disable it or create an exception.

Please make sure that you are running Rage from the original Grand Theft Auto V folder. Have you done any of these?
1. Moved your Grand Theft Auto V folder. 
2. Renamed your Grand Theft Auto V folder.
3. Have another GTAV directory (i.e. online + modded)
 

no i just installed game and its a steam version. just installed downloaded the lspdfr and rage pluge in hook and it keeps repeating these messages. do i need to un install and re install the game and everything along with it. cuz that takes forever and a day lol

not that i am aware of.

 

Can you try fully disabling Windows Defender?

Back to this annoying error, try running RPH as admin

Also do you use Steam or EPIC?

steam and just tried running as admin and it still isnt working

Are you launching it through RAGE or opening RAGE when the siren plays?

as it starts to sound the sirens and lights is when i alt + tab and click on the rage plug hook it starts and then eventually says slow system and or
