Also try it without hooking it with RAGE

Log of what and even if i dont load rage it still wont load

Clearly the issue is with the game files as even without RAGE and LSPDFR it still crashes.

 

Since the verifying of the game files didn't work all I can suggest is that you reinstall GTAV.

Yeah, Ive taken a screenshot of what happens when i load with rage and this is what it displays

 

however there is the fact I have two GTAS installed, one by disk and one by epic, could that be causing any issues?

Very possibly. Could you send a screenshot of your main directory (the one using LSPDFR)

Yeah they are, here's the directory too

 

That seems all to be fine. I presume when you are loading RAGE you are choosing the RAGE from the right directory?

Could you send another log?

No however I got this 

This isn't an error with the game or LSPDFR but rather a windows error so I can't really assist in that respect. I would suggest that you do some research on it.
