So I just reinstalled GTA5 and lspdfr. I had no problems installing lspdfr as well as other mod back then. But this time, only lspdfr works. No police vehicles, simple trainer, EUP, or anything. I found it really weird, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled GTA serval times. Nothing... I've done everything correctly and all the files like scripthookv, and ragepluginhook all seems updated. Can someone please help me out here?

Well, Nothing works?

• Vehicles - Place it in Patchday 17-22. 
• Trainer - Ensure you have ScriptHookV installed properly. You should look at the default keybinds.
• EUP - Ensure EUP and EUP Manu are installed. 

Do you have RageNativeUI installed?

Ragepluginhook and scripthookv are both installed properly, vehicles were already placed in the correct patch days. Never changed the keybinds for simple trainer. Nothing works at all. I'm thinking its something about scripthookv or rageplugin. But nothing works except for lspdfr.

You might want to be specific here. You can't just tell me nothing works and expect me to give you an answer.

So, the vehicles. How do they 'not work' ? Do they spawn as vanilla vehicles?

The Trainer. Simple Trainer is super easy to install. Drag and drop into the main directory. The default keybind is F3.

Yes, they spawn as the vanilla vehicles. I installed simple trainer correctly, the keybind is F3. But when I press F3, nothing pops up. For EUP, its the same story, press F11, nothing pops up.

What Patchday have you installed the vehicles in?

Try a different patchday.

If that doesn't work, try x64e. Make sure to have a backup.

Indeed it works fine but this problem is unusual. And so we'll have to use alternative measures.
