I have installed everything correctly and reinstalled everything correctly but yet I am still not be able to be a sheriff in lspdfr cause I can't pull anyone over at all nor use the options either but yet I can be a police/highway patrol fully and everything works fine for that side of of the departments but not sheriffs why is this happening I have tried to search for answers but couldn't find any please help thanks and fyi I am using ELS and ELS vehicles.

Are you making sure you're on duty? If the vehicles you're using are addon make sure they have the proper emergency vehicle flags in your vehicles.meta file.

yes I am on duty and no these are replace not addons I just don't know why it dose this I am still trying to figure this out but no luck but the police and state troopers works flawlessly with no problems its just the sheriff side that doesn't want to work at all.

everything that was replaced is in patchday22 it still dose it

Using all Caps is unnecessary. I understand that you are frustrated with the issue at hand but ensure that you do not use CapsLock. It  is considered as shouting and rude.

Can you go on duty in the city then teleport to Sandy? Does that work?

As I said, you can go on duty as another agency but you can put on the sheriff uniform. No difference.

I just wonder, newest is patchday23ng, which is folder I'm using for my police cars, is patchday22 better for some reason? Or does it matter? Because I found few glitches and I'm not sure if the cars were correctly replaced.

Patchday23ng does not work properly, 22 is the one to use.
