The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Also, you don't update callouts using the mods folder.

My apoligies. i meant to say that I updated the callout on the plugin's folder. 

I didnt see a handling.meta in open iv before i installed the vehicle pack so i assumed that it wouldnt have affected it if i removed it.

You can add back the handling.meta by copying it from the update folder.

If you want to recall further of what you have edited and revert those edits or you can start fresh.

Do i rename my mods folder back to how it was before i add the meta?
